Karen Shupp

Karen A. Shupp, PT, BSc. Biology, is a 40 year-veteran in health care who has always embraced the knowledge that each of us has the ability to promote self-healing of the mind, body and spirit. Her work and research in botanicals, exercise and wellness consultation strive to bring this ancient wisdom back to our present living experience.

 

Karen lives in Northern Idaho with her loving and supportive husband, Darrin, enjoying the outdoors, and is eternally grateful for her three children and four grandchildren. Best Wishes in Health!
